Kotputli News | The people of Saini community protested for the demand of 12 percent reservation
Memorandum submitted to the Chief Minister regarding various demands including giving martyr status to Mohanlal Saini who was martyred in the movement

On Saturday, under the banner of Saini Vikas Sanstha (organization), the people of Saini community protested in front of the statue of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule at the main square of the town demanding reservation. Along with this, self was martyred in the agitation in Aroda village located on Jaipur-Agra Highway for the demand of 12 percent reservation for Saini, Mali, Maurya, Shakya, Kushwaha communities. A memorandum was handed over to Naib Tehsildar Bhomsingh Meena in the name of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot at the protest site, demanding Mohan Lal Saini's martyr status, a job and financial assistance of Rs one crore to his family. Bablu Babarwal said that if our demands are not accepted, there will be a traffic jam on National Highway No. 08. Jagdish Prasad Saini, Pappu Baylan, Ramjilal Saini, Mukesh Rathi, Dilawar Singh Saini, Ramchandra Saini, Chhitarmal Saini, Mithlesh Saini, Bablu Contractor, Umrao Prasad Saini, Radheshyam Saini, Ramswaroop Saini, Ramavatar Mistry, Sitaram councilor, Puranmal Bhagat, Many people of Saini community including Lilaram Saini, Nehru Saini, Omprakash Saini, Rajendra Saini, Sumit Saini, Suresh, Manohar, Ramoutar, Gangaram, Dholaram, Kaluram, Manish were present.
